Dr. Parsons and her staff are wonderful! They are knowledgeable, kind, welcoming, honest and incredibly flexible, especially with last minute cancellations! Anxiety and nervousness are common emotions when getting braces but this staff brings a calming presence at every visit, explaining each step of the process in detail, that alleviate those feelings. They are very respectful of your time and there?s never a wait; patients are taken back immediately. My child walks out with a smile after every appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Parsons for your orthodontic needs!
